By accessing or using wallbang.xyz or purchasing any service from WallBang, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Operator

This website is operated by Shivani under the trade name WallBang.

2. Services

WallBang is an independent game-server hosting and community platform. We operate independently managed Counter-Strike 2 community servers hosted in India.

Connecting to WallBang servers does not require a purchase.

WallBang also offers optional prepaid Hosted Server Access. This is a fixed-duration membership that provides reserved server access and additional server/community privileges on selected WallBang community servers.

WallBang does not sell or distribute Counter-Strike 2, game licenses, Steam accounts, skins, weapons, in-game currency, or other digital game content. Players must own Counter-Strike 2 separately through the official game platform.

The available services, privileges, durations, and prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

3. Hosted Server Access

Hosted Server Access is prepaid access to WallBang's independently operated game-server infrastructure for a stated term.

The customer receives reserved server access and related server/community privileges for the duration selected during purchase.

Access begins according to the activation terms displayed on the purchase page and remains active for the purchased duration unless suspended or terminated in accordance with these Terms.

Hosted Server Access is not an in-game purchase, wallet, or monetary benefit.

Where offered, access may include server-side visual effects that appear only on WallBang community servers. These effects have no Steam inventory value, cannot be traded, sold, or withdrawn, and are distinct from tradeable CS2 skins. WallBang does not sell physical products, Steam Marketplace items, or tradeable CS2 skins.

4. Not a gambling, betting, or wagering platform

WallBang is not a gambling, betting, or wagering platform.

WallBang does not offer gambling, betting, wagering, lottery, casino, real-money gaming, fantasy sports contests, or any game of chance for money or prizes. Players do not stake money, place bets, or play for winnings on WallBang.

Hosted Server Access is prepaid access to hosted game-server infrastructure. It is not a stake, bet, wager, ticket, or financial instrument. Customers cannot win, lose, cash out, or withdraw money through WallBang.

5. No Automatic Renewal

WallBang does not automatically charge customers for renewal.

A customer must make a new purchase to renew or extend Hosted Server Access.

Customers may renew access at any time by purchasing another available plan.

6. Account / Steam Information

Where required to provide the service, WallBang may use the customer's Steam/SteamID information to associate hosted server access with their Counter-Strike 2 account.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for service delivery.

7. Server Rules

Users must follow the WallBang server rules and applicable Counter-Strike 2/Steam rules.

WallBang may restrict or suspend access where a user engages in cheating, exploitation, abuse, harassment, malicious activity, or other conduct that negatively affects the server or other players.

8. Payments

Payments are processed through the payment gateway displayed during checkout.

WallBang does not store customers' complete card, UPI, or banking credentials.

9. Pricing

All applicable prices are displayed on the website before the customer completes payment.

WallBang reserves the right to change prices or modify available plans. Changes will not affect services that have already been purchased unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the WallBang Refund Policy.

Customers should review the Refund Policy before making a purchase.

11. Service Availability

WallBang makes reasonable efforts to keep its community servers available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, infrastructure issues, network problems, game updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Changes to Services

WallBang may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service where reasonably necessary.

13. Valve / Counter-Strike 2

Counter-Strike 2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation. WallBang is an independent community server operator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

14. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website.
