Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 2, 2026

WallBang sells prepaid, fixed-duration Hosted Server Access. Access is paid once for the selected term and is not automatically renewed.

Cancellation Before Activation

A customer may request cancellation of a purchase within 7 days of purchase, provided the purchased hosted server access has not been activated or used.

Eligible cancellation requests will be handled according to the Refund Policy.

Cancellation After Activation

Once hosted server access has been activated or used, cancellation does not automatically result in a refund.

Customers may contact WallBang if they experience a technical issue preventing them from receiving the purchased server access privileges.

Automatic Renewal

WallBang does not automatically renew hosted server access and does not automatically charge customers again.

A new purchase is required to continue access after the current term ends.

Expiry

Hosted server access automatically ends at the end of the purchased duration.

After expiry, reserved access and related privileges are removed from the customer's account.
